Well I was very disappointed in the dealership. I really wanted to trade my kia soul in and they promised they would help me do that. As soon as I hit a snag in financing the salesman just stopped contactin wanted to trade my kia soul in and they promised they would help me do that. As soon as I hit a snag in financing the salesman just stopped contacting me all together and could care less about helping me. It showed me that all he really cared about was making a sale and not about helping me find a way to trade me car in and finding a way that would work for me. Not to mention my model of kia has had 3 recalls on it and I had to wait over 2 months for it to be repaired! I feel like if it were Honda knowing situation and you being a multi million dollar company would want to offer me some kind of special deal on a new car just for the inconvenience. Just out of principal being the fact that I even wanted to stay a kia owner after all that mess. People are going through really hard times right now and sometimes we could just really use a win kia. But I guess all you care about is making money not memories. More
