Went in and knew exactly what was needed but was basically dismissed and told me what they had to do and didn’t really explain or help. Overpriced. I came back to this dealership for a second time because the service is amazing from sales to car maintenance. My first Kia I had for over 3 years and was the best car I ever had reason being I went for a K the service is amazing from sales to car maintenance. She worked so hard to get things she needed from me before I made it in to the dealership and because of that the transaction was smooth and the quickest car purchase ever. Dealership was clean and organized. Wish there were more people in the lobby rather then being alone waiting on the sales employee. I wish it didn’t take as long as it did during the negotiation process, Where are the sales person who assisted me kept going back to the sales manager for approval but it felt like 10 minutes before I saw him again. The sales person who also assisted me gave the impression that he wasn’t prepared to help me and did not seem all that happy to help me out. When I was helped by the finance guy, Kenny, his kindness and professionalism was amazing. I honestly wish he was the sales rep that helped me because he was extremely kind and understanding. More
