We had a great experience with Garden Grove Kia. I found a car we liked and I sent a message to the dealership inquiring about it. We live 100 miles away, but the price was very competitive. I spoke and texted with Kadin Espinoza the following day. He provided additional information and sent me images of the blemishes and interior. We decided to drive up to the dealership with the intent to buy the car for the “internet price” listed. Upon walking into the dealership we were greeted by an unknown but friendly person who escorted us to meet with Kadin. Kadin was great to work with and showed us the car. We closed the deal fairly quickly and then met with Paul in Finance. He had all the documents drafted and accurate. He was very nice and efficient. We had a great experience. Thank you all. More

The customer service rep Luis was very professional and polite. Checked to see if I had any factor recalls and went over the scheduled maintenance and what the difference was. He went over the work that was done and made me aware that I will need tires in the near future. If I elect to go through Kia for the tires he suggested to call before making the appointment so he can check to make sure the tires are in stock. Excellent Service Rep! More
