The GG Kia family went far beyond their call of duty with my Niro purchase from sales person Bryanna Crawford! I was hesitant to move forward at this time but Bryanna put all my fears to rest by answering al my Niro purchase from sales person Bryanna Crawford! I brought my daughter and they treated both of us equally well. Bryanna was very patient as I experienced an injury & had to cancel my first couple appts. She helped me get pre-qualified before I came in and had the color I requested waiting for us at the dealership. It was fun to test drive without a sales person but I didn’t need to drive too far before I knew I wanted to buy the car. We were surprised at how attentive the entire staff was, another salesman over heard me saying I was hungry and came to offer me a variety of treats, saved by the chocolate from Kadin Espinosa! This is the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had and I’ve owned a ton of different cars over the years. Kadin took us on a tour to each department and introduced to every person working that day, they were congratulating us and giving us Air high fives, everyone social distanced and wore masks. Kadin Espinosa gave me the instructions inside my car and kept his mask on the entire time, he was so helpful and introduced me to my first Apple Car Play experience. I love my Niro and all the new technology it comes with, I was just driving back from an stressful situation and felt safer knowing the driver assist was on to help me. Michael Kelly the service director gave the info needed for my first service appt. My daughter is wanting to purchase her leased 2017 Kia Soul and trying to deal with BofA for a loan, which was terrible and we thought to call GG Kia and asked for their help and they were so great with her, she’s bringing her car in Monday to discuss her options, a huge weight lifted. We higher recommend this location for top notch service across the board! More
