Our original appointmment was with Andrea when we arrived she was not there so this other sales person "Emitrio Torres" said he would assist us. The sales person "Emitrio Torres" made an EXTENSIVE push to U she was not there so this other sales person "Emitrio Torres" said he would assist us. The sales person "Emitrio Torres" made an EXTENSIVE push to UPSELL things, perisistently insisting the purchase of things we didn't want. Then he would disaapear to the back constantly try to find him if we had questions, response was not timely. They DECIETFULLY added optional services that WE SPECIFICALLY VERBALLY DECLINED to the sales person for instance the JM&A Service Cont. which we REPEATEDLY TOLD Emitrio Torres We DO NOT WANT!!! and when we finally got the chance to review our Contract THERE IT WAS $2995.00 ADD-ON!!! They RUSHED through the financing MADE US SIGN and INTIALL WITHOUT giving US AMPLE chance to READ & REVIEW the BREAKDOWN OF CHARGES nor did they go over our contract terms. SO, if you want to get RIPPED OFF in the midst of this pandemic and economnic instability THIS IS THE PLACE to go. UPSET and DISGUSTED are an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! More
