Seriously the best dealer I have ever been to and this is my 7th car in 12 years! Everyone was very kind, even when I initially left without buying the car. My experience almost every time is average. I am aware that my car is due for maintenance. The service adviser told me so based on milage without explaining more on why I should proceed. Before coming in I had already made up my mind about getting a coolant exchange so I made the purchase. I was also concerned about my car's battery and asked to have it tested. I want to believe that the coolant exchange was done since I did not see that coolant reservoir properly topped off. When I picked up my vehicle I was not told if my battery was tested or not. Instead I was told that I needed four tires and alignment and if I gave a good review I would get a discount. The service advisor was Rudy. More
