Bad Experience The staff at the service desk do not look up or acknowledge you when you arrive. I was brushed off when I tried to explain the reason I was there - th The staff at the service desk do not look up or acknowledge you when you arrive. I was brushed off when I tried to explain the reason I was there - the woman who helped us needed to complete whatever her agenda was before allowing me to speak. Very robotic. I thought a 30,000 mile service was covered by one of the two service plans I was doomed into purchasing (it wasn't). Instead of explaining the charges the person helping us just said ok, 545. I had to ask if she was talking about the time of pick up or something else. Felt like she was trying to slip a ridiculously expensive tune up by me. No impressed - left in a really bad mood. More
