The service writter I worked with was very helpful. The work took longer than I expected (2 hours for an oil change and check up). The only negative to the visit was the customer waiting area. Very loud music plus load tv on at the same time with the channel set to a series of "Survivor" shows. Not what you want to spend 2 hours listening to. Either eliminate the music or the tv or provide an alternative area in which to wait. More
