They didn’t have my part in stock even though it’s a recall part for my airbags. Told me they’d have to reschedule which took almost a month. Finally get it installed and then they say I have another re recall part for my airbags. Told me they’d have to reschedule which took almost a month. Finally get it installed and then they say I have another recall as well and I would have to schedule another time to come in. Why didn’t you scan my car and figure out all the recalls and replace all of them at once. Waste of time! Time is money and you’re wasting both. More

I have been going to Kia Cerritos since I bought my car in 2018. They claim to be the biggest and the best. The biggest, perhaps, the best, not! Your staff, including Luis, are top notch.
