The manager was great in making sure that my requests were met and was helpful throughout the process of crunching numbers. My sales person was a bit pushy in the beginning offering cars that I clear were met and was helpful throughout the process of crunching numbers. My sales person was a bit pushy in the beginning offering cars that I clearly stated I was not interested in; please tell him to pump his brakes and to listen when someone comes in already having done their research. He only seemed to have listened after telling him how much I was going to put down and showing him that I was ready for payment day of. Please advise him to relax a bit because that aggression will not persuade everyone and it comes off as rude. More
