Al was the most laid back sales guy we had met. He didn't try to argue with our budget or what we wanted in a vehicle. He worked with us on a back up plan for a used car and then brought us over to Juan who try to argue with our budget or what we wanted in a vehicle. Bishoy the finance guy walked us through our contracts and answered any questions we had and encouraged us not to sign anything we were unsure about.
