Salesman Alberto Collazo (nice guy) ,he show me the car,start negotiating and since they like to add unnecessary fees such as $800 prep on used cars. I go back and fourth with Charlette Holmes(she was a blessing, is too bad you have to work in a place like this) finally after phone calls and be visiting the place three time, we agreed on the out the door price.. I go there with the check and they try to switch in on another Honda Civic. Same color more miles. . Not only that was dirty but so are your fake add on fees to spike up the purchase of the car. This was the one in Passaic. More
