Appraisal paid for car to be detailed but it wasn't. They left pieces of the tape they used to cover my broken window all over the outside of my car and its very difficult to remove, had to purchase lac They left pieces of the tape they used to cover my broken window all over the outside of my car and its very difficult to remove, had to purchase lacquer thinner to remove it. Service desk very professional and polite. Definitely excellent. However, when getting into the car I found an empty bottle of fuel additive which was not a big deal but later I realized that Definitely excellent. Terrible communication from the service team, Kia customer care team and Gary Rome's office as well. My car was in the shop for 5 weeks and there was little to no updates to me. It was only when I me customer care team and Gary Rome's office as well. My car was in the shop for 5 weeks and there was little to no updates to me. It was only when I mentioned going to BBB, Google and other social media did anyone get back to me. More
