Not very pleased. I purchased a 2019 Traverse and have had problems with it ever since. It feels like it's pulling something, like I'm pulling a trailer or something. They said it was moisture in the brakes and that they can't do anything about it. So, I have to drive around with brakes that are sometimes very loud, Sometimes I ease up to a stop to try to prevent the brakes from squeaking so loudly. I'm looking into trading it in. I've responded to feedback before, and I wonder if anyone in authority can help me. More

The vehicle needed an extra day to repair the stated problems. And it still didn’t start working for another day! The inspection charges are bill padding per AI. I was furious when the truck wasn’t read problems. And it still didn’t start working for another day! The inspection charges are bill padding per AI. I was furious when the truck wasn’t ready as promised. Then Pheonix added the one time good will. That should have taken care of in the first inspection charges. That is above $60 a hour what fair is per AI. More

While Gates complete my oil change and normal maintenance without issue, I had them take a look for any leaks on my 2026 vehicle. They said it was 'bone dry,' however, when returning home and letting my car without issue, I had them take a look for any leaks on my 2026 vehicle. They said it was 'bone dry,' however, when returning home and letting my car dry out due to the rainy weather I found that the plastic covering was still wet by the drivers tire. This led me to believe that they didn't look for a leak. I still have a leak and now have to take my car back in to see why and what is leaking. With that I was not happy with all of the service and I was annoyed in finding oily/grease marks on my center console when getting in my car as those were not there when dropping off my car. More
