I wouldn't make an appointment for service it doesn't matter. I like Gates but very disappointed I wasn't told about the shield that covers the oil pan was loose and it almost fell off when I am driving matter. When I pulled up to the bay door I spent a lot of time outside. I had to get out of my vehicle and walk in to be acknowledged. Also service representative pointed out a dent on driver side back panel area outside. I had to get out of my vehicle and walk in to be acknowledged.
