Recently purchased a new Yukon XL AT4 from Gates GMC and worked with Nick Florentino to get the deal done. Nick was great - very responsive to all my questions (even on his day off) and went above and beyon worked with Nick Florentino to get the deal done. Nick was great - very responsive to all my questions (even on his day off) and went above and beyond to help us get a fair deal on a very hard to find vehicle. At a time when a lot of dealerships are applying market adjustments and charging $5k+ over MSRP, Gates is selling inventory at MSRP - including new factory orders. I actually ended up having to buy a new car the day after I brought my car in based on the issues with my Juke. Jeana (service dept) & Paul (the salesman) made a very stressful situation much easier to deal I brought my car in based on the issues with my Juke. Jeanna pulled off a Christmas miracle in locating a rental for me when I wasn't able to drive my car anymore. Paul worked his butt off to get me my new car ASAP (staying past his scheduled shift time) and even delivered my new Kicks to where I work.
