Mike, it was an unfortunate situation that the first time you brought the vehicle to us, there were so many issues that needed to be addressed to the point where the vehicle was unable to drive properly. After we completed these initial repairs and were able to drive the vehicle properly, we started to notice a transmission issue that was hidden beneath all other issues.
