All of the staff is polite, friendly, and they go out of your way to make you feel important...from squeezing me in for emergency service appts with an already-booked schedule, to checking/re-checking to make sure everything is fixed to my satisfaction. Great Employees Service Always Done Right I have purchased 2 vehicles from Gates, first one in 2012 and last one in 2017 and have always had them serviced at Gates. From the time the bay door I have purchased 2 vehicles from Gates, first one in 2012 and last one in 2017 and have always had them serviced at Gates. From the time the bay doors open, you are treated with professionally and neighborly by the staff. They are friendly, listen to what you say, ask questions trying to pinpoint what may be going on with your car. Their service department hits 110% every time. There is never a go back or do over. It's done right the first time. From 2012 to now, when I go in I see the same people. That says to much as far as the dealership being reputable and treating its employees like family and the employees knowing their jobs inside out. More

Kathy and/or Pamela greet you with a smile and get necessary info from you. Service/repairs are always performed/repaired correctly the first time. Everything is explained to you as far as what was done to your vehicle and also when they performed an inspection of the vehicle any issue that needs addressing in the future. What a lifesaver that is!! Preventive is always better than being stuck on the interstate. So much safer.. And much cheaper. More
