Excellent service I've been a customer of Gates for at least 10 years and have purchased two vehicles from them. When you walk into a grocery store or other business I've been a customer of Gates for at least 10 years and have purchased two vehicles from them. When you walk into a grocery store or other business, or in this case Gates Nissan service department, and see the same people there year after year, you know in your heart that, Number 1, the owner treats the employees honestly and fairly, or they would not be there. And, Number 2, you also know that those employees are happy at their job. Number 3, you also know they're knowledgeable about their job and know how to do it. This is what you get at Gates Nissan in their service department. The same happy, knowledgeable folks are there to greet you when you walk in the door and still there when you walk out. You never have to take it back for a re-do. It's serviced and/or repaired correctly the first time. More

A Good Buying Experience I highly recommend Gates Nissan in Richmond, KY. I dealt with salesman Kyle Baker who had a very professional low pressure approach which I appreciat I highly recommend Gates Nissan in Richmond, KY. I dealt with salesman Kyle Baker who had a very professional low pressure approach which I appreciated. I actually had bought another car at a dealership in Louisville prior to going to Gates. The other dealership, after several days of saying they would get me the car delivered from another lot because they did not have the color and features I wanted on their lot, told me they could not sell me the car for what they quoted and what we had agreed. I dealt with about five different people there. At Gates I only dealt with Kyle and the finance manager. Everyone was nice and straightforward and I left in a car. You can't get any better than Gates Nissan in Richmond. More

They did an outstanding job! The service department did an outstanding job in diagnosing a problem I was having with my 2015 Frontier. There was a noise coming from my front wheels that I thought was the tires. They quickly determined that it was something else and had the parts in and fixed in one day.
