The price of the car was very competitive. But what sets them above the competition is their professionalism and personal touch. They went above and beyond to make our daughter’s special day extra special. Our primary sales person, Mathew Ballard, took it upon himself to decorate the car with balloons and a huge bow. There was also a birthday card signed by all employees. It was a great experience overall. I bought a new 2018 Rogue Within the first 200 miles of buying my new Rogue, I had electrical issues. When I picked the SUV back up, Pamela answered all my questions including concerns I was curious about. Jon worked really well with us and was non pressuring and informative. That I appreciated! I take really good care of my cars, and I want a dealership to support that. I believe Gates Nissan will do that. More
