Very pleased with service department at Gates Nissan I was met by Kathy upon arrival. She knew me by name and knew want service I needed for my Rogue. Pam kept me informed of the progress of the servic I was met by Kathy upon arrival. She knew me by name and knew want service I needed for my Rogue. That being said my car was ready in a timely manner. I will definitely return. Kathy is always helpful when I call related to maintenance issues when traveling.
