Three Incredible Purchases I have purchased three vehicles now from Gates Nissan. All of the folks there are tremendous fun to deal with. This is not the typical 4 hour back and I have purchased three vehicles now from Gates Nissan. All of the folks there are tremendous fun to deal with. Best buying experience ever! Since I rarely buy new vehicles, I was on a quest to find the best deal on a used Versa note that was loaded. I only like the Silver version. I live in Alabama and searched 500 mile radius and the only Silver loaded used Versa I could find was at Gates Nissan in Richmond Ky. I emailed the dealership with questions about the condition and requested a car fax. Within minutes Scott Witt had already replied to my email with all the answers. Wife was not feeling up to making the trip so I decided to ride bus from Alabama to Kentucky. ( note to self: never take bus again) Scott picked me up at bus station and we arrived at dealership @9:00 a.m. Brian went with me on test drive, then started me signing my paperwork while Scott ensured the car was clean and ready to go. By 9:30 a.m. I was headed for Alabama. The car was as stated. Everyone at the dealership was honest, friendly and courteous. I felt I was number one priority from each employee involved in my transaction. I Would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle! This dealership will be in business for years to come. More

Unbeleivable!!! The sales manager had such an attitude ,told me to go to Glenn and buy my car. Only offered me 12 grand for an automobile that Glenn Appraised at $144 The sales manager had such an attitude ,told me to go to Glenn and buy my car. Fantastic Buying Experience Even though I live in Lexington, I took the drive to Richmond to visit Gates. I helped my mom pick out a new car only 2 years ago, and Scott was our Even though I live in Lexington, I took the drive to Richmond to visit Gates. I helped my mom pick out a new car only 2 years ago, and Scott was our go to person back then. I reached out to him online and told him I would like to come talk to him about a new car myself since we had such a smooth experience with her purchase. When I arrived he already had the car I had been looking at online pulled around front, freshly washed, and cooling off (it was a scorcher of a day). The AC had the car nice and comfortable, and we were able to take it out for a test drive immediately. Scott rode with me and was extremely knowledgeable about the features and options on the car and was able to answer my questions without delay. Once I had made my decision Scott had me work with Josh to finish filling out the sales paperwork. Josh continued to live up to the bar that Scott set, and clarified a few questions that I had about the sales paperwork. I cannot recall the young lady's name that went over the features of my car, she introduced herself I am just horrible with names, but she completed the buying experience by taking the time to once more review the features of my car, and even assisted me with pairing my iPhone through the Bluetooth connection. More
