Excellent service as always for my 370Z. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They even replaced a part that was on recall (which I wasn't aware of) during my oil change. I called the service department at 9 AM on the day of my service and Kathy was able to book me at the requested time. I had an appointment in the area earlier than requested appointment time, the timing wor service and Kathy was able to book me at the requested time. I had an appointment in the area earlier than requested appointment time, the timing worked out great. I waited approximately 1 hour for the routine service to be completed. I appreciated that they were able to book the appointment and that the wait time was reasonable. I thank Gates for the service and the fact they clean your car before you leave. Good job. The Gates Nissan experience was fantastic. Scott was great to work with and made what can easily be a very long and drawn out process, relatively quick and not so daunting. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and seemed very customer oriented. The pricing was fantastic! Gates, by far had the most reasonable price of any dealer within approx. 150miles. Plus, there was no haggle or the typical 'run a round' one would typically expect when negotiating a deal. I highly recommend Gates Nissan to anyone looking for a great car buying experience! More

Scott made the whole process very quick and easy. As a first time buyer, I never felt uncomfortable at all. He satisfactorily answered all of my questions and provided an ample amount of information that first time buyer, I never felt uncomfortable at all. From the time I entered the door, I was greeted with professional and courteous staff. My repair services required an over-night delivery of a part so a "loaner" car was provided....Great!
