I was excited for my first car but after having issues with previous lots and the car I wanted I was about to give up. I spoke with Adam Atherton who immediately made me feel listened to and welcomed. We worked together for a couple of days to get the car I wanted with close to the price I wanted. And I can truly say I am thrilled. Any car I buy in the future will be through Gates especially if Adam is still around. The whole staff was friendly and inviting and went out of the way to make a new driver and first time car buyer feel like a pro who was dealing with people who cared. More

Dropped my truck off for a problem with my truck. They had a week and when I picked it up it still had the same problem. This truck has spent 5 weeks in the shop and it is a year old. The engine went out had a week and when I picked it up it still had the same problem. This truck has spent 5 weeks in the shop and it is a year old. The engine went out at 5 months old. I will take my truck to a different dealer to try to get the problem addressed. And never buy from then again. More

My wife looked at the Altama and wanted one to replace her Lincoln Town Car. It is a beautiful car and we are excited about the improvements on the gas mileage. He was new, but assured me that he and Gates would do everything they could to get us this car as close to the payments we wanted to pay. With Casey being out sick, he referred us to Scott on the day my wife and I visited Gates together. Scott was awesome! He was very informative and personable. He answered all questions. He took our idea situation that we provided. Worked with the financial department and got us close enough to our idea payment that we took the car. We were now buying a car for her not the family. However, my wife wanted a huge SUV and I thought we needed a sports sedan. It took us over a month to decide on the right vehicle. Scott Witt at Gates Nissan was the best Sales Consultant we have ever purchased a car from. Scott was pleasant and attentive to our needs. He was there at just the right time and kept in touch with us through the process.
