Good service Spartan Toyota is our go to dealership in Lansing, Michigan. Recently purchased a cargo net for our 2020 Highlander. Item was available within 3 days. The service was lacking as only one employee was at the Parts Desk assisting another customer. Waited way too long just to pick up net. No offer to have anyone else help me. More

Jarod ensured every concern and question I had regarding this service visit were addressed and answered courteously and professionally -- not just any answer, but a professional and well-thought-out and researched response. Service Technician David Peppers, with his keen attention to detail and personal knowledge of my car from past visits over a 13-year period, resolved the current issues, and additionally fixed, with my permission, a couple other needy areas. He knows my car as if it were his own, and treats it as such every time I bring it in. His experienced suggestions and strong recommendations have always proven to be true -- his knowledge has saved countless possible headaches down the road and needless and preventable financial burdens -- his attitude of "prevention over "too late now": advice has always been golden and heeded. Brakes Had both front and rear brakes changed in the last 5 months. Still squeak. Not sure why. Service said it's just "normal".
