I made my appointment 7 days prior, but when I arrived, I was questioned how I made my appointment and that usually they are only allowed so many appointments at 4pm. It was unsettling to be told that when I made an appointment that far in advance that I might have to wait longer because of a computer scheduling error. I was disappointed in how I was presented with this error and questioned right away how I made this appointment and whether it was valid. More

I had a 1:30 appointment time and didn’t get out of gates Toyota until 3:55 for a battery change. Why make an appointment to wait over two hours. Then I had a prorated warranty on my battery but still charge Toyota until 3:55 for a battery change. Why make an appointment to wait over two hours.
