Errors made I went for a 5000 mile oil change and with a free card for a free tire rotation and alignment check. I got the alignment on front end and tires rotated. Never got the oil change. Wondered why the low overall cost till I got home. On way home, low tire pressure gage went off. I knew they forgot to adjust tire pressure and confirmed it once I got home. Front tires needed air and back tires needed adjusted. They failed to check pressure and document on bill. This is the 1st time of happening. I called them on the pressure issue. Since my car is low mileage, I will get the oil change later on. Just couldn't believe this happened. I live about 45 min. south so it is not a quick trip. More
