Everyone was polite. The waiting room was clean. I asked to have my low tire pressure indicators checked because the light will blink at times. It stays on for awhile and then goes off. We had great service, this visit was for tire rotation. We also had to have the luggage rack foam replaced. Gates ordered the part & did the repair within 2 days. We love gate's service.
