Quick and easy 5K maintenance on my lease. Gates was super quick with the 5K maintenance for my lease. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, which got me in and out within 25 Gates was super quick with the 5K maintenance for my lease. new tires/ alignment/ brakes I came in to have a oil change and met Stephen who was pinch hitting from the service dept. I asked about new tires and brakes. He came up with severa I came in to have a oil change and met Stephen who was pinch hitting from the service dept. I asked about new tires and brakes. He came up with several alternatives. He fully explained the advantages and I felt comfortable with my decision to proceed with the tires with an alignment and he said when I returned on Friday the brakes could be inspected as well. Once again Stephen reviewed my options with me and I decided to have the brakes worked on as well.
