They continue to earn my business with every service visit, always top-notch professional in every aspect of service. On a recent visit, there was an incident on the alignment rack that left a very small dent & tear in my hood decal. They were very professional & apologetic about the incident, and were very accommodating to me in getting the repair completed in a very professional manner. In case you lost count (or weren't counting), I used the word "professional" 3 times in my review. It's why I continue to trust Gates to service my baby.
