Satisfied overall with service. I dropped in to the Service Center because my tire light came on, and I wanted any issues resolved before I left on a road trip to Frankfort, KY. The I dropped in to the Service Center because my tire light came on, and I wanted any issues resolved before I left on a road trip to Frankfort, KY. The service rep was courteous and kept me informed of what they believed the problem was. Unfortunately as they worked, they discovered the sensors had to be replaced, not simply repaired. I was thanked for my patience. My only disappointment was that twice in the last 6-7 weeks that tire light had come on and I visited the Service Center. It took until the 3rd trip to go deep enough to discover the underlying reason the tires were losing pressure. I have had no further problem since my visit. More

Good overall The first time I came for the airbag recall they didn’t have the airbag even though I called first and told them that is what the service was for, so The first time I came for the airbag recall they didn’t have the airbag even though I called first and told them that is what the service was for, so that was frustrating. Dropped off car with out dings picked up with bad ding! 2017 Prius Touring with extras! We drove it out of our garage directly to the dealer for an oil change; parked it in the oil change line (Not near any 2017 Prius Touring with extras! We drove it out of our garage directly to the dealer for an oil change; parked it in the oil change line (Not near any other vehicles) Picked it up parked out back (again it wasn't near any other vehicles) It had a screw in the tire and they were told not to repair, just add air; well they didn't repair, but had removed the screw, so it went flat quickly. I had them put air in it and took it to the tire shop where as we were walking around to drop it off seen the dent! The car wasn't anywhere but the dealer ship and cont in my possession. Their Managers response...Not our responsibility? With out even looking into anything! More
