Excellent My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am for oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take about 1 hour.2 hours later my highlander was finally My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am for oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take about 1 hour.2 hours later my highlander was finally done. I get home and park it in my garage and the next morning had oil on my garage floor..I had to Jack up my Toyota to check and see where it was coming from. There was oil dripping underneath on the cover below the oil filter.I pulled the cover off and discovered the oil was old oil that spilled while taking old filter off but not cleaned off. I would expect a little more care could have been taken to wipe off the residual oil that was left on my vehicle. More

Not helped and not truthful I took my 2018 Corolla to Gates because my backup camera was suddenly showing my license plate and rear bumper in the lower third of the screen. After I took my 2018 Corolla to Gates because my backup camera was suddenly showing my license plate and rear bumper in the lower third of the screen. After about 45 minutes I was told that this was normal. I said that it was not that way 2 days ago when I had a full screen view. I was told that they checked another vehicle and it also showed the license plate. I called my daughter who has a 2014 Corolla and she confirmed that her license plate was not visible on the screen. Later, I went online and found that I was not the only one who experienced this fault with the Toyota backup camera. My feeling is that they did not want to do the job and fed me a line of BS to get rid of me. More

70,000 Mile Service The service was fine but on the phone the when I asked how the service was different (besides price) than going through the oil change area, I was tol The service was fine but on the phone the when I asked how the service was different (besides price) than going through the oil change area, I was told that one difference was that a tech would look at it. My car was pulled into the oil change area which expedited the process but seemed to contradict what I was told on the phone as it did not appear that a regular mechanic looked at the vehicle. Also, the brochure mailed out stated the car would be washed with the but it was not. However, the basic service seems to have been completed correctly which is the most important aspect. I will continue to use Gates Service. More
