Airbag recall OK, but got stuck in the car wash. Took my car in for an airbag safety recall. Scheduling was real quick / easy - parts were available, and est time was given. Waiting area was comfortable and clean. They gave me a courtesy car wash (which I greatly appreciated), but I got stuck in the car wash. Nothing worked - no suds, swish, rinse or air dry - and the door at the end wouldn't automatically open. Had to call the service desk to get out! They gave me a do-over, so I was able to escape and with a clean car, but I would suggest better instructions on a sign up front, and/or moving the red /green lights from behind the curtain of swish-strips to where they can be seen better. All was well in the end. More
This is my wife's car and she is doing the review It was very easy to schedule time for the service needed. The staff is very attentive and responds well to questions and any issues that may occur. They did see that I needed new tires and quoted a very good price that I could not find anywhere else that could compete. While they did the tires, they found I needed a front end alignment and did it right away with my approval. The atmosphere is pleasant and customer friendly and the waiting area is quite nice and very clean. It is a very good place to do business as they are quite competitve in prices and quality of service. More

Great Service I been a customer of Gates Toyota since 2002. I have found their service reps and technicians to open and honest. They are very friendly to me and I I been a customer of Gates Toyota since 2002. I have found their service reps and technicians to open and honest. They are very friendly to me and I notice all customers. They treat my vehicles (3) as if they were their very own. This is true of Sales, Service, and Finance. I do not hesitate to recommend Gates Toyota, nor will I, as long as they continue in the future as they have in the past. There may be room for improvement in some areas, but, I would find it to be a small matter of tweakiing the great work they do. More
