Wanted to purchase a newer SUV We had visited the dealer’s lot on the previous Sunday, just to get an idea is vehicles and prices. We had check out a few other lots as well - it had been a long time since we had purchased a vehicle, so we wanted to see what was available. We went to Gateway to check out one our choices. Ryan Affield was there to answer the questions and take us for a test drive. We likes what we saw, and decided to purchase the Tucson. The next morning, I drove it off the lot. About a dozen years ago, we had a bad experience with Gateway, and this was a very pleasant surprise. Ryan did well. I hope to be back someday for another purchase (but it may be a while). More

Still love Nissans I have had a Nissan since 1984. I was really set to buy a Subaru, but Ryan described the Rogue and convinced me that the Rogue should be my purchase. I have had a Nissan since 1984. I was really set to buy a Subaru, but Ryan described the Rogue and convinced me that the Rogue should be my purchase. We wanted a white one and the last white one was sold, so Ryan explained that they could get a white one from the dealer in Minneapolis. When we didn't hear anything after the first day we called the dealership and Ryan called me back and explained the process of how they get a car from the Minneapolis dealership. Apparently Minneapolis will not accept phone calls and only will respond to emails, when they have a chance to review them. It seems to me that this is a very poor way to treat a Nissan customer from outside of Minneapolis. If Minneapolis has a larger inventory, then they should be open to other dealerships calling them and getting an immediate response for any customer. The dealership in Fargo was very experienced and helpful. The price agreed to was fair and we were all ready to complete the sale. We just had to wait for the larger dealership to take the time to read emails and get back to the Fargo dealership. As a consumer, I believe that Nissan's culture should be that each dealership is selling a Nissan to a customer and each customer's purchase should be equally as important. This is not a review of Ryan or Jeff Meyer, but a review of how the relationship is between the Fargo dealership and the larger one in Minneapolis. If Ryan hadn't been so knowledgeable and educated us on the features of the Rogue and we weren't able to obtain financing from Jeff, the experience wouldn't have been near as good. I would recommend Nissan, the dealership and both guys in a heartbeat. I just wanted to raise my concern with Minneapolis. More
