I travelled from Wyoming to Las Vegas and during the trip my car engine light came on. I contacted Gaudin Ford to discover what they could do get my car fixed and back on the road. Turned out that an Oxyge my car engine light came on. I contacted Gaudin Ford to discover what they could do get my car fixed and back on the road. Turned out that an Oxygen sensor had gone bad. Gaudin Ford, and more specifically, Ryan Burdick and technician, put my car in the shop and completed the task in amazing time. Ryan explained everything to me that would need to be done to get back on the road. Very detailed and specific so I would understand. Knowing that I was from out of town, Ryan worked with me on procedure and total cost. My experience with Gaudin Ford and Ryan was above expectations. David Starzyk was very helpful in organizing the purchase of my new F-250 Super Duty. What a horrible experience. After deciding to do a lease buyout on a 2018 F150. I went to the closest Ford dealership to my home, Gaudin Ford. I got a great interest rate with an outside bank and did all th buyout on a 2018 F150. I went to the closest Ford dealership to my home, Gaudin Ford. I got a great interest rate with an outside bank and did all the paperwork on Monday April 12th. The next day on Tuesday I get a call from the finance manager Jim Knight at 6:59 pm. One minute prior to them closing. He left a voicemail saying he messed up on the contract and put new car instead of used. After calling him Wednesday morning the 14th several times. I showed up at the dealership. After taking 10 minutes to find my paperwork. I re-signed the contract. Almost a week goes by I get a call from Ford Credit that following Monday the 19th saying Jim is handling my lease buyout and filed all the paperwork on Saturday the 17th. I’m extremely disappointed! How unorganized and unprofessional. There is absolutely no reason why this should be taking so long. Especially after promising all the paperwork would be turned in that day I resigned the contract! More

I was told my car had features it didn't - even when I asked the salesperson specifically for those features. Dealership wasn't very helpful when I went back in. Does not take good care of repeat customers when there is an issue. Very sad. Purchased a brand new car with paint damage. Would not give new car. Yes they fixed it after having the car for 2 weeks. Called corporate 3 times after I left messages for GM and Mick. No one would call me back. A brand new car in my opinion is not one that has to have 2 doors and a tailgate repairing. When it only had 54 miles. Finally lost complete control in the showroom when I went in after 2 weeks to meet with GM nope in a meeting same answer I had for the GM and Mick every time I called to speak about my frustration. Yes they fixed my car but will never be a new car. Trying to cancel the extended warranty joke I have been trying since 3/9 on the car I traded in and the truck I sold 21/2 weeks ago. Kelly no longer there and Dorothy will not return calls about the cancelling. That is my money that is owed one directly to me and one to the finance company. I am really disheartened because I have always liked Gaudin Ford. I am disappointed that they did not even try to make things right More
