I had wanted a Mini Cooper for years and when it came time to retire my 2008 Jaguar I began a tireless search. I am handicapped and have difficulty with walking but they accommodated me very nicely. I found a 2022 Mini Countryman at Messer Ford and inquired about a test drive. I received word back from a very nice young man with a first name I can’t pronounce but I believe his last name is Wyatt. He said the Mini wasn’t available for a test drive for several days while A small electronic issue was repaired. I asked if I could place a deposit down to hold it for me until I could drive it. He said affirmative and that’s what we did. When it was ready I test drove it and loved it immediately. With mister Watts assistance and the assistance of Finance Manager Aliyah Bollegar I purchased the car. At first I didn’t want the extended warranty and declined it. After sleeping on it over night I decided it was a good idea to buy it. My team went to work on it and they had it ready for me to sign in my car that evening saving me a difficult walk inside. Michael Calderon is the best. I had recalls on my expedition and it took three appointments to get it fixed. When I made the appointment they told me four hours.
