Dealership overall is good, but the customer service department not so good. Every time we get my vehicle back is dirty. And I’m talking about trash, I’m talking about dirty shoes track everywhere, oily department not so good. Every time we get my vehicle back is dirty. And I’m talking about trash, I’m talking about dirty shoes track everywhere, oily finger prints on my steering wheel, dirt and black stains from probably mechanics specialist been dragging their uniforms everywhere and then seating in your car this way. And my seats are made out suede, so not easy to clean. They should cover/protect customer’s cars with steering wheel cover/plastic, and seats with covers. More

I do not typically use dealerships to work on my vehicle. I have never had good luck with your competitor across town. With that said your team blew my expectations out of the water.
