I appointment was attended to promptly. I was informed in advance about the work to be done and the approximate time. Service was excellent this time around: The first available slot was only a few days away from when I called to setup my recall service. Left the dealership thinking it would be at least a day or two before they would call me but 5 hours after drop-off my phone rang with the news the car was ready.
