Car was in for service for the fifth time for the same problem. I had a rental car which I returned, and they said that my car was fixed which it was not! The service manager fooled with the screen for 20 problem. I had a rental car which I returned, and they said that my car was fixed which it was not! The service manager fooled with the screen for 20 minutes to make it work, but he could not. I said give me the rental car back and you keep my car and fix it. He said no. I said well you have not fixed my car so why should I bring it home? He said the problem with my car is there is no problem and he’s 99% sure everything is all right. I don’t know why he spent time trying to fix something that was OK. Now I have to go back for the sixth time for the rental car and have them try and fix the same problem for the sixth time I’ve had the car for 18 months. I have 8000 miles on it and it’s been in the shop going on six times now for the same problem. There’s a recall on this car which they did not know about and did not tell me about. I am very dissatisfied with the dealership the service people. I love the car. I wish it would work. I am looking into a lemon law lawyer. More
