My husband and I went to Genesis of Naples to take a GV80 for a test drive. I was undecided when we walked in between two vehicles. One was NOT a genesis. After sitting with Jacob. I was quite surprised to find out, I can still get a white car with white interior and blue trim I was surprised. Then we took it for a test drive. The car road so smoothly. The inside is very luxurious and very comfortable. My husband and I both drove the vehicle. Upon returning from our test drive my mind was made up. I wanted the car. I did not even get a chance to drive the other car I was looking at. I didn’t need to. More

I keep receiving emails from this dealership despite not owning a Genesis and not living in Florida. No one can explain it. I have called twice and emailed and spent 30 minutes on the phone. In November I purchased a 2023 G80 which had been a loaner vehicle. It's a beautiful car but soured by lack of follow up. There were three minor issues at time of sale. The gas tank was on E. Dana loaner vehicle. It's a beautiful car but soured by lack of follow up. There were three minor issues at time of sale. The gas tank was on E. Dana said to fill it up with regular and send a copy of the receipt for reimbursement. I went to the nearest gas station and when opening the gas cap, it said to use PREMIUM gas. I hate to use the "L" word but this was a blatant "L"! Next, one key fob did not work and Dana went and replaced the battery, returned and said "all set". Another "L", the key fob needs recalibrating and I need a service appt. to have this done. Service appt. was 5 weeks out which I didn't make due to the third outstanding issue. There was a paint flaw that I would need to return for requiring several days at dealership. They would provide a loaner. Several phone calls and many texts still have not provided a resolution. Holidays, painter on vacation, painter not available, etc. Lack of return of my texts and calls is rude and intolerable. I contacted a local car paint repair facility. They said they could make the repair with 100% satisfaction at my residence and would only involve 1/2 day of nonuse. All for under $600. I sent this information to the dealer and still waiting for a positive response. I expect a lot more from a salesperson, especially one selling expensive cars. When people ask me how I like my Genesis, (and they do)I say "I love it" but DON'T buy at Genesis of Naples. Thank you for this platform.' More
