Very seldom write reviews, but this warrants the time. Second experience buying a Genesis.. first one (different dealer was kind of nightmarish) left me cold. But I loved the car and wanted to exchange Second experience buying a Genesis.. first one (different dealer was kind of nightmarish) left me cold. But I loved the car and wanted to exchange it (G80 for a G90) Vinnie Incorvaia quickly connected the dots that I wanted a quick and straight forward transaction. ( nothing aggravates me more than investing 4 hrs in the process to find that the numbers don’t match the original agreement…. But you have so much time invested that you give in or walk away mad) got a straightforward deal sheet (trade value etc) while out test driving the car. Back to the dealership and was done record time with a pro F&I guy (Eddie Garcia?) handling the closing. Very pleased with the experience.. I’ve done it a lot and this was as good as it gets! 6 stars out of five! More
