Never pick up the phone had to pay a diagnosis fee of $458 to see what was wrong with my truck for transmission. My truck still drives Ford and backwards detect did not drive my truck. Why would I have to pay $458 and then going to the dealership for the maintenance of my truck since I bought a 2018 at once they said I need anything with transmission done at all poorly working Dealership so I would never buy a Chevy again More

Tons of open appointments, but when I got there I was told they would have to keep my car for 24-48 hours JUST to diagnose the car (the only thing wrong with it was the shocks, it was definitely nothing told they would have to keep my car for 24-48 hours JUST to diagnose the car (the only thing wrong with it was the shocks, it was definitely nothing complicated. The tech said “because of how many cars they had”…Firestone figured it out as soon as they lifted it…about 15 mins, and did the repair the next day. Why have so many available appointments if you’re not going to have enough techs to action the work?? Then they won’t give me a loaner or comp a rental because “I didn’t buy the car from them” I’ll never be back, absolutely trash. Do better! More
