Tons of open appointments, but when I got there I was told they would have to keep my car for 24-48 hours JUST to diagnose the car (the only thing wrong with it was the shocks, it was definitely nothing told they would have to keep my car for 24-48 hours JUST to diagnose the car (the only thing wrong with it was the shocks, it was definitely nothing complicated. The tech said “because of how many cars they had”…Firestone figured it out as soon as they lifted it…about 15 mins, and did the repair the next day. Why have so many available appointments if you’re not going to have enough techs to action the work?? Then they won’t give me a loaner or comp a rental because “I didn’t buy the car from them” I’ll never be back, absolutely trash. Do better! More
