Used car I purchased was not properly prepared for sale. 2nd key fob did not work and I had to waste a lot of my time to get it fixed. Unacceptable! 2nd key fob did not work and I had to waste a lot of my time to get it fixed. Unacceptable! More

I've owned 4 chevy Silverado's which I didn't purchase from George Moore Chevy but I have them all serviced there over the last 15 years. I did purchased a jeep wrangler from the dealership back before th from George Moore Chevy but I have them all serviced there over the last 15 years. I did purchased a jeep wrangler from the dealership back before they moved to the new location 2010. I have a 2023 6.2 liter high country and was notified of the crankshaft recall in May 2025. I read up that its typically an oil change that's required for the recall so I tried to wait it out to get an oil change but went ahead and got one on 8/22/25 so a little more than a month ago. I received a 2nd notice that I can bring the truck in for the recall about 2 weeks after the oil change. When I dropped the truck off, I asked the service tech if the recall was just an oil change, could I get a credit for a future oil change since it was so close. I was told no. I also received a text from Lucas Greer at George Moore Chevy stating that they want to buy my 2023 High Country the day of the service. So if you were me and you had this experience, would you still buy a new $100,000 Chevy EV from George Moore Chevy or even continue to use George Moore for future service? More
Communication could have been better in regards to returning phone calls. No folliw-up after sale. returning phone calls. No folliw-up after sale. More
I was mostly okay, but downgrade because I was handed a 2nd key fob that did not work. This should not happen on a certified vehicle and hope no other buyer has to deal with getting this situation correcte 2nd key fob that did not work. This should not happen on a certified vehicle and hope no other buyer has to deal with getting this situation corrected. I spent at least 2 hours one day getting the problem fixed and then had to leave the vehicle with service a secongad day while the key fob was reprogrammed. Just not acceptable! More
