Made appointment and still took 3 hours to change the oil on my 2025 3500 and no wash. Hand prints all over. Worst experience I have ever had at George Moore! I had a great experience at the dealership. I had my 2 Granchildren with me the job was taking longer than expected. Sam had an Uber pick us up and take us home. I am extremely upset with the dealership. When I purchased my truck I was sold a maintenance package that was explained to me as covering everything that might break on the truck other than b When I purchased my truck I was sold a maintenance package that was explained to me as covering everything that might break on the truck other than brakes tires and batteries. Then I was told I had to pay for air filters and cabin filters today. I was lied to by the finance person for this agency and have paperwork he provided me to prove this. So frustrating as I was close to buying a new vehicle for my wife next month but I will never buy from George Moore after this experience. More
