Had a have my Tesla adapter for my blazer ev replaced due to being faulty. I was told I was going to get a call a soon as my part came in. Had a VERY bad experience two weeks ago with a salesman at this dealership. I asked him to involve management which he agreed to do but never did. On 8/4/25 Frank Reynolds, General Manager, called me. at this dealership. I asked him to involve management which he agreed to do but never did. On 8/4/25 Frank Reynolds, General Manager, called me. He had learned of my frustration somehow and from that moment I felt like he was in my corner. All the things my salesman said were erased, a new contract was put into place, a refund was given, and I'm exactly where I asked to be in the beginning. Frank and his team made all this happen in just a few hours. I had written a very negative review based on just my negative experience with the salesman. I regret doing that without going to management. I should have just called and dealt with this directly. Lesson learned. Bottom line, this dealership is highly professional, extremely fair on their pricing, and a pleasure to do business with.. If you are not happy with the sales experience, get a manager involved. It will definitely ease the situation. I highly recommend George Moore Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for a lease or a purchase. Mike Miles More
