I sent an email to Quentin explaining that I just wanted to test drive the Carnival to see if I even liked it. I was able to come in later that day. His entire demeanor was so warm and friendly. He was honest and straight forward and not at all pushy. The only reason I am giving the dealership 4 stars is due to the thousands of dollars they marked the 2022 Seltos up beyond the sticker price! During the pandemic I consider this price gauging and greediness. I did buy the car because they only had one in the color I wanted, but on reflection (even though I love the car)I wish I had walked away! Just found out that the lien holder on my contract was incorrect. I received an email from the correct bank about the loan. I then had to call the finance department to confirm the correct bank and then call my insurance company to change the lien holder. Not good!!! More

My salesman Quentin was one of the most helpful and friendliest salespersons I had ever encountered and I appreciate him for making my decision to buy my 2021 Kia Seltos a no brainer. On the test drive he was very comforting and gave me a run down of all the features and how to operate some of the newer tech I was unaccustomed to. Q was honest and did his best to get me the best deal but in the end I used my pre-qualification from Capital one as it was the best bang for my buck at the time. I know for a fact that I will visit this dealership just to experience that level of customer service again-in addition to the free car washes of course. Thank you so much Q! More

However, Quentin sent me pictures of the things about that car that he knew I would not be happy with before I took the time to come back to the dealership. I really appreciated him being up front and honest with me and considerate of my time. But then he went back to the drawing board searching for other cars that would fit my criteria of what I was looking for and he found it!
