Got in touch with them about trading in my vehicle for a new car told them up front about credit challenges got appraisal on current car was told by the finance manager that he could make it work to come ba new car told them up front about credit challenges got appraisal on current car was told by the finance manager that he could make it work to come back the next day when they get the car I was interested in from another dealership went back the next day started the whole process with credit application they asked about a few things that were on credit report we explained it to them they asked for proof of what we were saying gave them that was told to come back that it’s gonna take time to get the approval salesman and manager says he got the approval with more money down called the salesman back to let him know we would be coming in that evening with the money he says ok later on he text me and says that the deal is a no go because of the same issue they asked proof of and that this decision came from another finance manger that we were not even working with so first they got the approval. Then at last minute they don’t too many unanswered questions. More
