I have purchased all 3 of my Foresters from Gerald. Mike O'Brien sold me my 2019 and the process couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. I never feel rushed or pressured, and I value their experience and skills. I had several issues with my previous 2 Foresters (heat shield and transmission), but everything was fixed or replaced satisfactorily and I had no further problems. I truly appreciate the Gerald guarantee. So far the 2019 is running perfectly at a year old. This one I want to keep for awhile....maybe past my typical 60,000 miles. I couldn't be happier with Gerald Subaru. They have a customer for life in me. More
