The appointment time was met, Cory's explanations were thorough and satisfying, the tech sent me a video of the undercarriage that was GREAT TO SEE, fluids were changed and topped off as needed, and the car is cleaner now inside & out! Exceeding customers' expectations is easily said, and difficult to live up to. Germain BMW lives up to its deserved reputation, again! More

Rhoel Gray is the best service advisor I have ever come across in my 60+ years of working with automotive dealerships. He has a great grasp of "excellent customer service" which has become almost extinct across in my 60+ years of working with automotive dealerships. He has a great grasp of "excellent customer service" which has become almost extinct in this country over the last few years. He is very cordial, respectful and very honest with me at all times. He is a pleasure to deal with and seems to love his job. Germain BMW should be proud to have him as one of their employees. If I had my way he would come and work for me at any time!!! I love going to Germain BMW which is a totally opposite experience when I have to go to Naples Dodge to get my truck serviced as it is always a dreadful experience.
