Dashboard message was I needed brakes. Called Rhoel Gray and he had an appointment for me the next day. They took my car in and in a hour found out that I didn’t need brakes and recalibrated the brake messa and he had an appointment for me the next day. They took my car in and in a hour found out that I didn’t need brakes and recalibrated the brake message. Said I still had a lot of brake pad left. My service advisor was Tona Zarrelli. She was courteous and took my vehicle in and processed for the services. I wish she had explained more clearly what the "vehicle check with scan" meant, how much it wo and took my vehicle in and processed for the services. I wish she had explained more clearly what the "vehicle check with scan" meant, how much it would cost ($179.95!) and whether that was a manufacturer-recommended service item. To come in for an oil change and check-up and leave with a bill for $536.89 seemed a bit much. Other than that, I am happy with my BMW and totally satisfied with quality and performance. More
