Dashboard message was I needed brakes. Called Rhoel Gray and he had an appointment for me the next day. They took my car in and in a hour found out that I didn’t need brakes and recalibrated the brake messa and he had an appointment for me the next day. My service advisor was Tona Zarrelli. She was courteous and took my vehicle in and processed for the services. I wish she had explained more clearly what the "vehicle check with scan" meant, how much it wo and took my vehicle in and processed for the services. I wish she had explained more clearly what the "vehicle check with scan" meant, how much it would cost ($179.95!) and whether that was a manufacturer-recommended service item. To come in for an oil change and check-up and leave with a bill for $536.89 seemed a bit much. Other than that, I am happy with my BMW and totally satisfied with quality and performance. More
