I had my first oil change and vehicle checkup yesterday and was VERY impressed by the professional organized process. I was checked in within 60 seconds of arriving and updated 3 times by me service adviso and was VERY impressed by the professional organized process. I was checked in within 60 seconds of arriving and updated 3 times by me service advisor Rhoel Gray during the service process. It far exceeded the experience I've had with Lexus, Lincoln and another (out of state) BMW dealership. Five stars! More
